1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "napi69," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated at the domain napi69.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the napi69 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a registered user to access napi69 services.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered on the napi69 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a user on a game, event, or outcome offered on the napi69 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by napi69 to users.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of Indonesia, which is the sole currency accepted on the napi69 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the napi69 website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use napi69 and must immediately cease all use of our platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. 3. Eligibility

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with napi69. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you must not register or use napi69. napi69 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access most features of napi69, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify napi69 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• Not share your account with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account using your credentials.

napi69 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), or other documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

napi69 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking hours. napi69 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. napi69 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party source and to close your account.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation submitted and approved).
• You must have met all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours depending on the payment method. VIP members may receive priority processing.

napi69 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

napi69 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x bonus + deposit) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per round.
• Expiry Period: Bonuses must be used within a specified period (e.g., 14 days, 30 days) or they will expire and be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: napi69 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses.

7. Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on napi69 are governed by the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only when confirmed by napi69 and recorded in your account history. A bet is not valid until you receive on-screen confirmation.
• napi69 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, betting patterns that exploit errors, or violations of these terms.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases where the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe.
• Odds are subject to change at any time until the bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious error (palpable error) in odds, results, or game outcomes, napi69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Any attempt to manipulate games, collude with other players, or exploit software bugs or errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

napi69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your betting, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time limits
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)
• Reality checks and account activity reports

9. Account Closure and Suspension

• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Use of multiple accounts or third-party accounts
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Self-exclusion request

If your account is closed for breach of terms, napi69 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

napi69 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, napi69 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

napi69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with napi69 is to cease using the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the napi69 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of napi69 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on napi69 without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which napi69 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by napi69. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
